Shane Brown – President

Shane began his career in aftermarket business in 1995 as a product and sales support manager at Cyclo Industries. He spent his years there developing new products and providing sales support to all Cyclo’s manufactures reps on the east coast.

In 1998 Shane joined the team at Mote-Osborne & Associates (now Accelerated Sales & Marketing) as a Territory Manager for South Florida. During this time he sold for over 30 manufactures (mainly hard parts) and consistently grew his business year after year producing and managing over 5 million in sales annually.

Shane joined the TASCO aftermarket team as their South Florida Territory Manager in 2003. With responsibility for over 50 factories Shane rose to the challenge of managing this enormous work load by combining the latest technology and a strong work ethic. The territory saw sales increase by 30% the first year and 20% the second for annual sales of just under 7 million dollars.

June of 2006 is when Shane created Shane Brown & Associates, an aftermarket rep agency. SB&A is focused on growth in the performance and traditional aftermarket. Now part of the newly formed Pro-Reps Sales, our dedication to both manufacturers and customers is the key to success in many key states.

In June 2019, Shane’s business partner, Joe Evora, retired from Pro-Reps Sales, at which time Shane took sole ownership of the company.
